Last week I watched with sadness, anger and disgust a video showing the senseless and coldhearted killing of George Floyd at the hands of a white Minneapolis police officer, while three other police officers stood by and did nothing to stop him.

As PSOs continue to build and expand their work in embedding racial equity, both internally with staff and boards, as well as externally with their foundation members, many are exploring questions around metrics and identifying indicators of progress.

2023 KM Users Group session: Management Tools and Practices. While much of our knowledge management work is technical, without great interpersonal practices and project management tools in our toolboxes, the technical work can’t move forward. In this session, we heard from KM Partners who shared their candid experiences about implementing tools and practices at their PSOs.
